Coronel Sanders está de volta por KFC

Wieden+Kennedy Portland resgatou o coronel Hardland Sanders para protagonizar campanha da rede de fast food KFC, em comemoração ao seu 75º aniversário.

No primeiro filme, o coronel, interpretado pelo humorista Darrell Hammond (do Saturday Night Live), coloca a agulha em um LP antigo. Ele fala sobre as diferenças entre os "velhos tempos" e este "novo mundo louco" da geração Millenium, em comerciais frequentemente pontuados por uma risada exagerada.

Os comerciais para TV chegam à telinha norte-americana na próxima segunda-feira (25). A campanha se estende à web, mídias sociais e ações nos pontos de venda.

O trabalho digital inclui os sites KFC.com e CoronelSanders.com (este último inclui uma "experiência digital interativa" que conta a história da vida de Sanders). Haverá também novos itens de menu e novas embalagens.
